"Kupkupin N'yo Ako At Pahalagahan,
Ibabalik Ko Sa Inyo Ibayong Kasaganaan"

From The desk Of Mr. Emmanuel "Manny" M Cervantes Sr.
Founder of RBI

REPUBLIKA NG BARYA encourages the Filipino people to pool together the 25 centavo coins and bring them back to circulation. The pooled 25 centavo coins will be deposited to the bank where members can earn a percentage of their share or shares in the RBI.

The RBI seeks to provide livelihood opportunities to the members while seeking international communities to help in the livelihood projects. The RBI projects intend to help the communities and the families as part of nation building through the spirit of cooperativism.

The RBI was founded by Mr. Emmanuel M Cervantes Sr. aka Manny, of Donsol, Sorsogon who saw the opportunity in the 25 centavo coin - that can go along way in providing a better tomorrow for the Filipinos through the setting up of cooperative. The 25 centavo is far more valuable than we think for it carries part of our economy. For every centavo lost is a peso dumped. Think how much 25 cents there is in town, city, province, or region.

The  project and it's objective is good to be true, and thus, a warm salute for Ka Manny and his group for the dedication of bringing out the 25 centavo coins in hordes. the purpose is to help BSP through cost cutting by giving back the cents and teaching the communities to save and give value to the smallest amount that can save.

Today, There are three (3) areas that Ka Manny and his group are looking into as major players in these projects;

            A.     The OFW's - which is known as the "Bagong Bayani" which is the major force in the program. OFW families (computed at an average members of five), would have a terrific result (10M x 5 = 50,000,000.00) making it at the biggest and more than held the national population. To consider further their USD 25B remittance - the biggest in terms of source of US dollar for our economy.

            B.     The School Children. The school age children will be the object and keyword in SAVINGS.

            C.     The Senior Citizen - they know the value for saving for the golden years.
